In management today, empathy leadership make connection through Bos with his or her teams. They work togeter as a team, eating out together, hang out some time to make their relationship become better as human as co worker, and fulfill the task with better results.
In Relationship Paradigm, "Empathy Riverside Relationship" can make two or more people become satisfaction each other...They make real relationship, make its life, and hang out together, to cafe or karaoke to solve their problem or just want to relax their minds or to make business outside their rutine jobs.
